Pass or learn?

They might seem to be synonymous. But they’re not. They represent two totally different outlooks on life. Those who only want to pass start studying two days before the exam. Four days later they’ll have already forgotten what they (badly) learnt. And soon, whenever life requires that same knowledge once again, they won’t remember it. They’ll fail. They live by appearances, keeping up a show, just wanting the right piece of paper.

Whereas those who live by learning study every day, combining effort and rest. Sometimes they fail, but they learn. They don’t look for shortcuts. And even less for ways to cheat. And the best part is that, they always enjoy what they study, sometimes more, sometimes less. We salute all those of you who, day after day, have always wanted to learn, taking note of, and taking on board, the most important values we try to teach you at our home, the “Resi”. In your adult life… you will succeed. And those who don’t have this attitude… we hope that soon you will “learn to learn”.
