| There is a Spanish proverb “año nuevo, vida nueva” which roughly translates as “another year, another life”. The most important development for us as we start 2012 is welcoming a new friend, a little 10 year-old girl, to our Home. We hope this change will be very good for both her and her family. Our wish is that it will be for all of us a new adventure of living together in love and harmony that we can all benefit from. |

| We are pleased that, in spite of the scarcity of available places at the local schools, our wish to make the most of the RIE Home, and the interest shown by the school we deal with, have allowed us to fill a place in this particular academic year and to have this opportunity to help. The other children at the “Resi” have shown a loving acceptance of her, and both the youngest children and those older than her are pleased about her coming. We hope she will feel surrounded by love and support, just as she is surrounded in this first group photo… Many thanks to all you volunteers, helpers and donators for all your support in this new year. A difficult year, but one full of needs which, between us all, we will be able to meet. Your contribution, however small or large, is important and greatly appreciated. Thank you. |
