| Time passes slowly yet quickly. This month, our new teenager, who joined us in our home, the “Resi”, just a few days ago, had her 15th birthday. As a special present, we gave her this photo montage, full of meaning, as we will see in a moment. |

| Many centuries ago, Moses said that a thousand years are like one day. And it’s only a few days since she arrived at our Home. The main photo in the middle of the collage was taken just a few hours ago. But since the academic year 2002-2003 we have had photos of her as a school friend of some of our children. The rest of the cropped photos are from various birthday parties in the “Resi” or from special school activities. She has only just arrived here, but she has been part of our history for a number of years now. And all those years have gone by so quickly, like just one day. We are very pleased to have you here as part of our “extended family”. And we are pleased to see you happy here with us. Thank you for being so polite, discrete, kind and well-behaved. Happy birthday! |
