| With the summer heat comes the need to cool off. It's also the end of the 2007-2008 academic year. So that means saying goodby to primary and secondary school lessons and also goodby to our living all together in the "Resi" as we do during term-time. It's a time to rest and take stock of everybody's school marks. |

This
is the beginning of the season that our children and young people spend
with their respective families. In the summer they will also attend Christian
camps. It's a time for necessary changes, after all the hard work
in the run-up to the end of the school year and after meeting the goals
that children and helpers had set ourselves. Another change that has taken place recently has been the decision by the mother of our small Chilean child to end his stay with us. We wish him all the very best, after looking after him for one school year. Our thanks to all of you who have supported our children's home in so many different ways. Between us we have managed to fulfill our purpose. For yet another school year the attention we have been able to offer to the twelve children in our care has been effective and satisfactory. Thank you. |
