The
Residencia has provided a social service in Sant Just Desvern for many
years. Many locals know and support our work. Some take advantage of
being close neighbours to undertake some systematic voluntary work.
Others simply call at the door to give us toys, clothes or school materials.
Neighbours ordinary and famous support the RIE.

|
The
occasional famous neighbour, like the football player Deco, call at
the door to offer their help and share in the children's excitement.
The short-term aim to change our mixed vehicle or mid- or long-term
aim to have a new house are approaching fulfilment. Meanwhile, our children
grow up and are well cared for on a daily basis. Via these lines we
want to express our gratitude again to the local people in Sant Just
Desvern and the different local bodies and administrations that support
our endeavours.
